• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. P-App is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

You agree to use P-App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
